Summary

Donald Trump is appointing major donors and loyalists to top government posts, raising concerns about unprecedented conflicts of interest.

Key picks include Elon Musk, who donated $200M to Trump’s campaign and will co-chair a regulatory-cutting panel potentially benefiting his companies, and Harold Hamm, a fracking tycoon positioned to influence energy policies.

Trump’s transactional style rewards allies like RFK Jr. for HHS and Pete Hegseth for Defense, despite their lack of qualifications.

Watchdogs warn of corruption risks and donor-driven policymaking at the expense of public interests.

Look, I’m saying this and I’m not a fucking watchdog.

It couldn’t be any more transparent. I don’t need news reports filling me on the painfully fucking obvious.

But I guess enough folks voted for him that other people do. Fuck me, the giant asteroid can’t come fast enough.

Yeah I’m getting tired of the repetitious reporting of these kinds of articles. They’re on here, they’re on Politics, they’re everywhere else.

All the while mods practice their power-tripping and let them happen and tend to other meaningless things.
