Like immediately or a few minutes later? Because you might have some serious issues with your heart or arteries if you just straight orgasm to sleep.

It’s not instant, but I definitely get very sleepy after orgasm a lot of the time. Like, out within 1-2min max. But I can also fall asleep basically anywhere at any time if I want to. I think it’s just a family trait, because both of my parents can do it, and I’ve been checked for apnea, narcolepsy, etc. Some people can just fall asleep quickly

The other day I dreamt I worked in a human meat shop selling to pigs. Scooped it up with a ladle, rolled it in paper, weighed it, threw it in a bag, “tHaanK yOu”.

They payed really good and I never had a complaint, I was super bummed out to wake up.

Yup, I don’t get nightmares anymore, only “nightmares”. Gore dripping from the ceiling, fires and poisons fill the air, and maybe my innards are now public decorations. The darkness soothes me.

IRL I’d freak the fuck out, but in Dreamland, it’s just another beautiful day.

One of the rare things my wife and I weren’t fully compatible on, she’s like you and needs full silence/darkness to sleep whereas I need something that pulls my mind away from the existential dread to fall asleep. I now use earbuds…

I use SleepPhones. Much nicer than earbuds because they’re flat in a headband. Earbuds either fall out overnight or leave me with soreness in the morning.

I’ll check them out! My buds definitely fall off during the night and I don’t usually have soreness (because they fall out) but sometimes I’ll wake up all tangled in the cables lol.

Update, I was hesitant to recommend the wireless charging ones as I had received a bad module. RMA process was super smooth and the replacement works flawlessly so I can definitely recommend them now. Wireless charging is a very nice feature for these.

I’ve never understood the reading to fall asleep, that shit WIRES me up. It will keep me up and reading till it’s done, 13hrs straight to injest the book. More often than not I lose sleep because of reading when I start/finish a book
