Why? Bringing these students here and training them means that we get to keep some of the brightest students China has to offer. China has a lot of bright students and we’re getting some of their best. Not only that, they’re paying boatload of money for the privilege. Sending them back to China is exactly the wrong idea. We should be doing everything we can to entice them to stay!
