It’s only dangerous if your body is unaccustomed. I have been my whole life around that, even if I wanted not to, but then my bones are small. I can clamp fingers around my wrist easily it’s just that small for some reason
If you can’t clamp your thumb and middle finger around the opposite wrist you probably are of bigger sort and your bones weigh and connect much more tissue at the same height
consider an equation of surface of the cylinder -> 2 * pi * r * h (idealized bone where we assume h is same among same height individuals) it’s merely a puny linear scaling of the amount of tissues but still. One person radius of the bone 3 cm, second 4.5 cm will result in linear increase of 1.5 of tissues minus some constant stuff and other shapes.
So if my bones are x and yours 1.5x thicker then your weight will be less than 1.5 times of mine weight at the same height which is making the whole BMI thing a plain nonsense
And we haven’t even touched whether cm3 of fat weighs the same as cm3 of muscles (it doesn’t)
BMI is literally useless trash or even detrimental.
I have a better measure. If you can see abs in the mirror in the morning it means you have achieved the ultimate perfection of human form. Nothing more, nothing less.
Now you only need to maintain it for as long as you can as you age.
And remember about rhabdo being a thing if you want to go for hours 7 days a week. If your pee turns brown it is doctor time
If you want to achieve perfection and ascend above mere mortals you can’t shy from the challenge. Human body is to be shaped as we desire, reflecting the inner resilience.
I get what you’re doing and that’s totally your right to do whatever with your body, but you shouldn’t go around saying it’s completely safe. You’re taking a risk with your health that others should be made aware of when you choose to share advice.
I can pretty easily clamp my wrists with my thumb and ring finger, so I think our bodytypes may be similar. That being said, I think soft belly > abs, and your level of training would might actually kill me.

Anything else would do injustice to what we are.

nice way to erase fat people from the human experience. it totally doesn’t sound fashy at all
It would be nice if you learned how to read
Just because facists liked twisted Nietzsche doesn’t mean they get to keep him hostage forever
So can I but I’m not hella low BMI.
