Fair nuff

Imagine equating something people need to do to survive in this society, like driving, to be equal to being too lazy to learn something on your own so you use the pollution theft job killer lie machine.
False equivalence fallacy, try again.

Oh don’t worry I have a lot of them.
No? Why would you assume that’s what I’m about? What a weird leap.
Ok fair, at least there’s been revolutions.
I’m just saying that’s how people are treating it. Why bother working for it when it’s inevitable? “It’ll come save us all” while ignoring the hard work and problems. Ignoring that long term permanent change is more of a result of boring, slow work.
The revolution is just leftist rapture. It’ll have fire and punish the ones who deserve it and it’ll happen any day now and when it’s done it’ll be a utopia and even though people have said it’ll happen for hundreds of years it’ll happen this lifetime for sure and we can do some things to push for it but just wait it’ll happen any day now
That’s been my experience, except for any concessions.

Oh so other things are bad so it’s ok to do theoretically less bad things. What stupid logic. So it’s ok to hack off someone’s arm because murder happens elsewhere? We shouldn’t bother to cut back on pollution because there’s bigger pollution elsewhere? “But Billy stole a bunch of the cookies so it’s ok for me to steal one” is some infant level logic.
Supporting a thing and using it definitely contributes, whether you like it or not. Your use does impact those other things. Your use does enable it. Your use is causing constant droning in an infants ear in a community that didn’t ask for it. You use is sucking up water.
“I’m only a drop in the bucket” is a poor excuse, and just admitting you’re doing something shitty, just on a small scale.
You’re doing the wrong thing, you know it, but you don’t care. Selfish.

If you knew it was slop why did you post it?
No and also the joke wouldn’t land if it was written that way

To be fair, they could just go out there for target practice and shoot soda cans or something
I think there’s more effective ways to show you’re angry than throwing your vote away.
I think it’s a level of naive optimism to think society will collapse and we’ll make something better, other than the harsh reality that this will continue plodding on. Real change is slow, and unglamorous.
It’s like the people who believe and really want the rapture to happen, so they don’t have to cope with their everyday life.
“Don’t worry, The Revolution will come any day now, no one knows when, and it’ll make things All Better.”

You’re actively making everyone’s lives worse by using it. If it was a simple dislike of something that was harmless, that would be one thing, live and let live.
But it’s doing irreparable harm to our environment, to our communities, to our arts, to our jobs, to truth, and our minds.
You think you’re making your life better but you’re really just taking a shortcut because you don’t want to put in the work to get better.
Your attitude is disgusting and selfish.

You stare into the abyss, you scream into the void
What possessed you to write this
For being so focused on inclusion, we have an issue with purity testing for sure. Maybe people need to accept less perfect allies.
