[Nitter](https://github.com/zedeus/nitter) is a free and open-source front-end mirror of Twitter. It provides a much better user interface for reading tweets. Nitter is a great alternative to the official Twitter website. It doesn't track you, and it doesn't require JavaScript to work. And today, it's dead. All the open instances are [down](https://status.d420.de/), which was officially [confirmed](https://github.com/zedeus/nitter/issues/1155#issuecomment-1914003395) one month ago. I like Nitter and it helps me a lot when I deleted my Twitter account. When Nitter is dead, I just want to say thanks to [zedeus](https://github.com/zedeus) and suggest everyone to move to mastodon.
