Like mainstream Republicans blocking military aid, American rightwing extremists are disavowing a war they once admired

Nobody fucking cares what neo-nazis think about literally anything. Their opinions are less than worthless.

Correction, their opinions are worthwhile to the extent useful to obliterate their ideology from the planet

Not even then because their opinions are irrational. There’s already tons of material out there disproving their ideology so if that was enough to obliterate it it would be gone by now. You can’t argue them out of being nazis. Just ignore them and eventually they’ll either get tired of being treated like lepers and grow the fuck up, or they’ll continue to be utterly irrelevant to the world.

Fuck this crap. Only thing that should be “news” about Nazis is how they’re being ridiculed, removed and jailed when possible.

I’m surprised with how much effort this took most of the western world to do, it’s not recalled as the best way to deal with them.

Seriously, no sincere white supremacist genuinely thought Zelenskyy’s administration was sympathetic to their cause. Neo-Nazis are Putinists through and through.

Which is fantastic because Putin’s public reasoning for the invasion is the de-nazification of Ukraine.

Their evidence of Nazism was Ukranians asserting a separate identity and language from Russia. It’s tantamount to calling Native Americans Nazis for protesting forced assimilation.

Sure. If you look past the fact that the Azov Brigade started off with tons of ideology and symbolism tied to neo Nazi crap.

The parallel is a whole lot easier to draw than “calling Native Americans Nazis for protesting forced assimilation”. Being a neo Nazi group practically did Putin’s propaganda for him.

After an open call for international volunteers, the Ukrainian military attracted nearly 20,000 fighters from around the world. Within weeks, there were already so-called American “Boogaloo Bois” flying out.

The author of this article would really appreciate it if you didn’t look into that 20K figure.
