A narrow majority of parliamentarians signaled they do not support the Dutch Cabinet's willingness to take part in the European Commission’s bid to raise European Union defense spending by 800 billion euros. The leaders of the EU Member States unanimously agreed to the plan last week, with Prime Minister Dick Schoof joining his counterparts in requesting that European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen's plans be developed further.
I disagree with automatically assuming Russia will be stupid enough to actually attack the EU, so I agree with your comment.
It may be strategically smart to assume so anyway, but I still find it hard to believe Russia would actually wage war against the EU: with their midget economy they’ll lose, unless they’re willing to use nuclear weapons, and then they lose as well.
They don’t work like that.
They turn a few more far-right governments like Hungary, then incite problems in the baltics.
The only way to stop Russia is to terrorize them until they finally understand how worthless they are.
They don’t live in a world of reason, they believe they have the ultimate superpower of all: being able to tank more suffering than people who aren’t morons who always hurt themselves.
