Well, yes and no. There are strict regulations on what you can call your alcohol, especially if it’s distilled. Beer has to be made with malt or a malt substitute. But anything else added will not be included.
Also, every beer/cider/wine/etc label also has to be reviewed and approved, and it can’t be misleading. One thing that is not approved is obscene imagery, which is why you don’t see pornographic or overtly sexual labels.
