      That’s the best part. All of these oligarchs are DEEPLY mentally ill.

      Not in an “eccentric” kind of way. In a narcissistic and psychopathic kind of way. They’re a danger to society.

        They really ought to be treated as such. True dangers to society. Like a wild fire, or a plague, or a serial killer. Like a pack of rabid dogs. Uncontrollable, unpredictable, untrustworthy, and HUNGRY.
