1·6 months agoThe only reason I’m not surprised is because this was basically going to kill the game. Nobody was going to play it after this change, and I don’t think that’s something Sony wanted to risk.

2·7 months agoWe will only get it if enough people bother Denis Villeneuve about it. He wanted the physical media releases to have the IMAX shots and was surprised when he was told recently that they don’t.

Some are theorizing that the Part One + Part Two release or eventual trilogy release might have an IMAX release.
I pre-ordered the 4K steelbook as soon as it was available.
It’s a shame that the IMAX shots won’t be in it though.
