Oooh I’d take Eyes in the Dark!
I’m here to talk about games and gay shit, thanks.
Oooh I’d take Eyes in the Dark!
I’m replaying Omori since I was on laptop/switch friendly games for the past two weeks visiting family, but I didn’t water the flowers my first playthrough so I’m here for the good good ending.
I need to go back to Detention. I was really enjoying it but I think something spooked me too close to bedtime and I hadn’t picked it up since.
I never played the first one past the tutorial because I was younger and it got too scary. I had a forced PC upgrade and got the game for free and probably would have finished by now, but the whole sounds not syncing up is ruining my immersion, so I guess I’ll wait a few more patches.
I know and I’ve downloaded it and tried it so many times over the years, but can’t make it past the tutorial without getting frustrated.
I could never get into it either. People are so so obsessed with this game. They tell you to never look anything up, etc. I’ve tried it on mouse and keyboard, I’ve tried it on controller and the gameplay does not feel right, so I’ve never left the ground tutorial area.
I’m glad dogs are so normalized, this isn’t even a thing anymore. They’ll be just chilling next to their owner.
My pup also got Lyme disease. I thought it was the end, but she recovered so well and we got a few more years together. She was an English bulldog, so a few more years for them is a lot. I know bloodwork is a pain and pricey, but absolutely monitor his kidneys over time, keeping on top of kidney function with Lyme is super helpful. Even when the kidney values are low, there’s prescription diets that can help with everything. (I worked in vet medicine too, so know these things.)
There was actually a whole thing going around in like November/December in the service industry in NYC where they’d be treated for pneumonia, but were told it wasn’t quite pneumonia. They’re pretty convinced at this point it was Covid. One of my friends got hit again in 2021 and said the symptoms were damn near the same.
I’d say I love you, you’re my whole heart, and I hope I made you even half as happy as you made me.
I worked in vet medicine and this is such a good idea for when you’re wrangling a dog or cat for diagnostics.
I never finished Myst as a kid because my dad was so big on horror games, I assumed Myst would get spooky. Also link to bundle. https://www.humblebundle.com/games/myst-more-redux-30-years-myst
Honestly it’s been more incentive for me to move away from the AAA stuff and lean way more indie. They have demos, deep sales, and they make an effort to engage with the community. It is a bummer the lack of demos available on consoles though.
We may just have very different tastes in gaming, but there’s really no shortage of solid game demos out there, they’re just usually for the indie stuff.
Lol I’m sure that’s a thing, but for me and most women I know, that’s a red flag.
Accidentally deleted but yeah I’ve noticed an influx of conservative men matching with me despite clear indications that I’m liberal. Unfortunately I do know these sorts of women exist, but maybe conservative men should seek them out instead of someone clearly liberal who doesn’t want to make their body a baby factory.
If there’s women who dig it, that’s their bag, but I’ve absolutely experienced an influx of conservative dudes trying to match with me and I’m openly liberal. Wild that these women exist but the dudes don’t seem as into them.
Absolutely. Every time I’ve had to fill out a job application and don’t have autocorrect at my disposal, that’s how I’m doing it.
Honestly, might be nostalgic for guys, but as a girl who was playing games in this era, it made me feel like I wasn’t a part of the culture, rarely if ever were there ads marketed towards me, but man were there a lot of half naked ladies. Glad we don’t do this as much, but god this caused a lot of younger girls to feel ashamed of playing games “for boys”.
