the most decent argument i have heard is that despite the fact that u are the result of some chemicals and stuff in ur brain and the past events u have expirenced and therefore if “god does not play dice” (which like it seems it does and Einstein was wrong cuz some things seem random) then despite the fact that ur decisions and actions are deterministic they are still ur decisions and actions u are still doing what u want to do and deciding what u want, so despite the fact that some theoretical being with perfect knowledge about everything could predict ur actions they would still be ur actions and ur decisions and that technically free will.
