I will fucking lose it if Harris replaces Khan - the FTC is fucking killing it right now.
Don’t worry; John Roberts’ anti-government SCOTUS will probably kill it first.
Somewhere in West Texas, a non-profit company with a staff you can count on one hand is born to sue the FTC for damages claiming their finger muscles were atrophied by the lack of clicking or some other nonsense that will climb to a 6-3 vote.
I hate how accurate this is
“The Commission vote approving publication of the final rule in the Federal Register was 3-2, with Commissioners Melissa Holyoak and Andrew N. Ferguson voting no.”
Any guesses on who voted no on this? If you guessed republicans, you would be correct! These are the two scumbags who voted no:
Honestly, how can you have a functioning brain and vote Republican on anything at this point. How is this political? Melissa claimed in her her dissenting statement the following:
“The likely unlawful character of the rule is compounded by the Majority’s race to cross the finish line. Why the rush? There is a simple explanation. Less than a month from election day, the Chair is hurrying to finish a rule that follows through on a campaign pledge made by the Chair’s favored presidential candidate.”
“No fair, you’re only supposed to enact regulations that voters don’t want!”
Are they seriously trying to frame following through on campaign promises bad?
This is amazing and actually helps us regular people!
I didn’t see anywhere in the article when this is to take effect. Anyone know?
NPR says it will go into effect in six months.

Perfect timing for my new year of cheap sirius radio. I honestly never signed up for a promo before because I knew how difficult canceling was.
