The thing I love specifically about askhistorians on Reddit is the pains they take to ensure responses are written by, or at least can pass basic scrutiny from, trained historians. Why not make a new community with a slightly different name that you can moderate and create the same vibe of thoughtful responses without invoking a very specific paradigm that I don’t think we have numbers to match?
