Ignore the dirty window lol. Had them in our house for over a week in that spot now, but this is the first time they turned around. I find the legs mesmerizing

I just realised you’re the original OP. Feel free to also post to !spiders@lemmy.world and I’m totally not saying that because I recently became mod of that community and there hasn’t been a single post since.
I’ve already ID’d it in the original post. It’s Araneus diadematus.
I see no typical male characteristics and I don’t think it’s juvenile anymore so I’d say it’s a female.
Arguably the better ones to have because that means you get more next year!
