Android only I think unfortunately.
Apple tend to be a bit strict on this kind of apps, grayjay (https://grayjay.app/) is also only available on Android

Apple would probably not let that be published, or the developers (justifiably) don’t want to pay 100 bucks a year to make a free app. You can find it on Fdroid though.
Framasoft is working on an official app currently.
Until that’s available, PeerTube provides podcasting 2.0 RSS feeds for channels, so you can follow them with modern podcasting apps that support video
