It fascinates me that people can be horrified by this and then stand up off the toilet, go to the store, and give a bunch of money to the people running factory farms. They are willfully oblivious to their own hypocrisy, and oftentimes, they go even further so as to verbally abuse anyone who points it out.

So yes, most humans are indeed despicable selfish monsters who insist on seeing themselves as somehow morally superior to nearly everybody else. It’s mind-blowing.
