The article didn’t say why it crashed, and the inherent design flaw that made it so unreliable initially was patched out years ago.
For all we know this could be pilot error not following NATOPS properly or something completely unrelated to the airframe.
They should’ve just added another two sets of engines / propellers, turned it into a giant quadcopter, and called it a day.
Remote pilot and you now have the most badass drone on the block
