About Linux being the superior operating system ? Id say both.
Linux it’s the subservient miniscule piss poor excuse for an operating system and distro environment.
Most Linux users are obviously iPhone users. I mean come on. They need an easy ecosystem to navigate.
They probably have their zoom settings to 80 percent too.
Man I’m telling you, OSINT, keylogger, virtual machine, OS operating system, Mac, APK, system files, nodes, tech talk imma oops I farted :/
I use Manjaro as my daily driver for my work laptop, and have used Fedora, Debian and Ubuntu before that. All have their own weird quircks.
And from a user perspective Linux is far from perfect: both X11 and Wayland simply suck at supporting multiple monitors for laptops. Yes, you heard that right, Linux sucks at that. No matter the distro I use, I always need to manually set my ultra-wide to its native resolution when I plug it in when my laptop is in sleep mode, which happens every time I worked at the office. Meanwhile Windows has no problems with that. That’s annoying enough that I simply will not declare Linux as the superior system.
And then there is of course Pipewire. It’s much better than that flaming turd PulseAudio, which was just laughingly bad at supporting Bluetooth headsets, and I’m impressed how fast that project reached a pretty decent and stable state. But it still has problems with sound streams crashing from time to time, so again: not perfect.
I feel that Linux is more stable on fixed desktop PCs than it is on laptops, which might in part be due to better manufacturer driver support for Windows. So while that might not be Linux’s fault perse, from a user perspective that is irrelevant.
I would say both Linux and Windows have their uses and you should pick whatever suits you best. I use Linux for work as it works much better for things like developing Ansible playbooks, Python programming and managing our Linux servers. When I want to relax and game in the evening I boot up my Windows PC, as I already make a living managing Linux environments, so I don’t want to deal with Linux quircks in my spare time. And Windows simply provides me with a rock solid experience these days. But I sure as hell wouldn’t want to manage a Windows based corporate network, been there, done that, never again.
Thank you
Jokes aside, Linux has truly become the easy to use, no BS OS and Windows is now the super complicated one that you need a million tweaks, regedits and terminal commands to make usable. It’s hilarious.
Spoken like a true Linux user

H… Have I been compromised?
Do I need to DFE & disappear?
