Found my first beaver pond down the street from my camp, and it’s a trip. The little fuckers made a wonderful swamp with a clear creek pouring out of it. Lots of flora and fauna in that spot that isn’t present in the surrounding area.
Probably shouldn’t embrace them. They’re wild animals with claws and teeth.
People are probably thinking more like the historic policies around airrdopping beavers.
Plus they’re really good at science and stuff if this documentary I recently saw is to be believed:
