I’m going to eventually need to hire a contractor to fully renovate a bathroom, kitchen, and get a detached garage built. I know renovation costs have been pretty high last few years…they may come down this year or not - either way these projects eventually need to get done and I’m too limited on free time for DIY.

Anyone have any recent experiences with hiring a contractor for a home renovation project? Did it turn out well? How much did it cost? Anyone to use/avoid?
