Still works for me, but the direct link jeff posted doesn’t work. Use the first link then click on the “Submit to Portal” button. It seems to generate some sort of a GUID that’s maybe tied to a session? I didn’t dig very far into it as I’m about to shut my computer down as it’s date/store night, lol.
Seems they just put it behind a login that requires a photo ID to create an account
