We have 2 cloud keys. One is for our access points and one I am using for all our Door/Access stuff. So far its been ok and we setup the first door no problems. I have plugged in the 2nd device but it seems now all of a sudden I have no access to any of my devices. I cant adobt new devices and the existing door hub and reader all the options are greyed out. Its like all of a sudden the account went into read only mode but only for my access stuff. To my knowledge we only have a single admin email that can log into this. Any ideas. I have rebooted/run in incognito mode. Any idea what is going on.

Additional Edit: The cloud Key with the AP’s is working fine and there are no problems.
