Finished Lost Odyssey last month, which I talked about in a recent post here. Really enjoyed the first 15 hours-ish, not so much after that. One thing I didn’t say in that post is, in battle, how damn cool the player turn cinematography is. It’s got this great side perspective when going through the menus, and a neat chase cam on auto-attacks. There’s something outright sexy about the swagger of the party members standing there.

I’ve moved on to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Torna: The Golden Country. It’s…thin. 7 hours or so and I feel like I’ve seen 15 minutes of story and a lot of generic questing. I also intend to go back to Atelier Meruru this month.

I just finished OG Final Fantasy 7 for the first time. It has definitely aged, but it was quite fun and I can see why it’s held such high acclaim. The controls were frustrating sometimes and it obviously doesn’t look the best now, but I enjoyed my time with it. It’s actually the first FF I’ve been able to beat. I’ve tried a few of the previous pixel entries, couldn’t get through them.

I’ll probably take a break this month and play Persona 3 Reload next month.

For me, i start with Persona 3 Reload and later Final Fantasy Rebirth…so pretty mainstream. But i final have done my Nier Replicant ver. … rerun. Perfect right before my concert. And played a littel bit Final Fantasy 16 and Fire Emblem Engage
