At the start of the pandemic, live-streaming and Zoom of course became the main game. As things started to settle, hybrid seemed to emerge (which came with its own unique challenges). In my part of the world I’m seeing a strong push away from that back to in-person only events, or a recording being shared post-event - are you noticing the same thing? It’s almost as if people are so tired of the years of disruption that they just want to roll it all back to how it was before.
Seeing a lot of hybrid, especially for larger companies. While there’s a definite push to get everyone “back to the office”, it’s really hard to ignore the benifit of being able to have multiple presenters / C-Suite types just zoom in and then get back to whatever they were doing.
This is still true, after 6 months after my post hybrids still a viable option. I have seen a shift on the way in person meetings change, but this is for those workin on certain areas. An example is large scale marketing, have moved to hybrids on day to day operations especially if the company does international level of work. They have gone to in person meetings as special events for team building. Before the pademic, in person meeting was the norm and happening more frequently not just for team building but for actual campain for projects.
