GParted Live, which I consider an essential tool. I always have at least one flash drive with this on it (USB 2.0 for broad compatibility).
The UI might look dated but it is the most capable, convenient and trustworthy tool for partition editing that I know of. It’s the only one I’ve ever used to move an active Windows install from one part of a hard drive to another without breaking anything.
