    It’s shocking to see the changes in the composition of what is understood to be staple foods across my lifetime. Few for the better. The aim of the food industry seems to be to destroy satiety and aim for eternal shelf life, considerations of human health be damned. Foods specifically designed to be crazy appetizing yet circumvent satiety nicely avoid the so-called “fixed stomach problem”.
