Only one of a long string of failures. Frankly throwing him in prison would’ve only served to buy time that Americans have already proven they can’t use. I mean don’t get me wrong he should’ve still been thrown in prison, but let’s not trick ourselves into thinking that would’ve done anything except delay the fascist takeover by a few years.
But on top of that, now the Republicans know how to trick the useful idiots even better. And they know how far they can go without them even noticing.
