if you think birds don’t have good memories and aren’t intelligent look at corvids(such as crows)

Would not recommend having a staring contest with any one of them, even if it started it. If one looks at you, for the love of all that is self-preservation, look away. They don’t seem to like eye contact, and they hold grudges… for a very, very long time.
