I’m from latam working for an American company, I don’t want to help American companies anymore, I work as a CRM specialist for b2b saas and I don’t see big job boards like LinkedIn.

XING comes in mind
I looked into XING recently, but as of now the homepage makes me feel like I would not be welcome as a non-German speaker. Someone should make this interest known to them and I am sure the non-AfD people of XING would be interested in adapting the platform.

EURES (EURopean Employment Services) is a job portal provided by the European Union.
It needs work as it’s really just a job board where you can create a profile that employers can see. As a non-employer, you cannot see other people’s profiles.
Magnet.me is based in The Netherlands. I don’t know how the reach is outside NL but it’s worth a shot maybe?
They ironically have a LinkedIn handle.
Hays / Randstad (GULP)? It’s not social platforms but I think quite commonly used by freelancers.
