Its my understanding that the pixels have been using shittier modems

Time to make the switch to Linux.English1·3 days agoFor games that have that level of ring-0 anticheat I dont see why you wouldnt just use Windows 11 at that point. You can disable the TPM 2.0 requirement at install, and if you have the knowhow to get the IoT/Enterprise LTS version of Win10, I feel like you would be able to bypass the TPM & debloat Win11.

I haven’t had to use it in a couple years so maybe the database it outdated? I think theres an app on F-Droid called Kanade that can pull package internal names from packages if that might help.
this but seriously. Android 8-11 were peak. Feels like newer versions are just pussyfooting around while google just does ai bullshit

Alternatively you can use a custom ROM / buy a phone that supports a custom ROM next time youre in the market
The point of my comment was not to say it couldn’t, it was to see if the OP of the comment knew anything about what they were talking about or if they were just spreading FUD. I know that it could happen, but saying that because it could happen means it did happen is a fools argument that I was curious to see what the response would be.

Its possible, it also depends on your location & what carrier you use at that location. entirely possible that you may never notice it. I’m in a densely populated area where I had the chance to notice the difference when I switched due to the high amount of cell towers in the area and how I use my phone when Im out
