I assume low sales are because they’re ludicrously expensive, which makes sense for early technology. Apple are generally slow to adopt new things, they like quite a lot of polish (and to come up with some marketing so that they can claim they invented it!)
Phones have been getting bigger over the years because people want to see more (whether for video, games, or just reading), the limit is that most people don’t want to lug a tablet around with them. A folding phone that provides a bigger screen and fits in your pocket doesn’t seem like a crazy concept to me, that’s why I’d quite like one (though I can’t justify the cost).
I think that was last year when they lost Newey!
lack of a clear reason to exist
Isn’t the reason that you can have a big screen which you can fit in your pocket?
I couldn’t even claim it. I waited in the queue, created a lenovo account, confirmed my email, “claimed” the game, logged into games planet with the lenovo account, tried to get the Steam key, was told to enter my email (again?), but apparently it now refuses to accept my email. I actually can’t be bothered to continue!
Wow, that’s a huge number!
Obtainium has its own list of apps you’ve added, you could just use that as a list so you don’t forget about them?
I remember reading that either he or McLaren said that with hindsight it was the worst thing for their season because it made them think the car was much better than it actually was
Have a read up on GrapheneOS, they seem like they take their shit very seriously and their product is pretty solid (though their communications are a bit… “opinionated”). And yes, it is an amusing irony that the most secure devices are made by Google.
Do let us know if the strategy still works!
For the price of free it still seems worth giving it a go, good to go in with low expectations though
Does that work? I always assumed games with DRM wouldn’t work if they couldn’t authenticate to your Steam account.
Ah that’s a shame, luck of the draw with one-person projects though, eh?
Simple explanation: if you have one console full of fond childhood memories then of course that’s the one you consider to be the best!
You can still play them on your GameCube or Wii though, or take copies of the discs and play them on anything that runs Dolphin
FYI if seems you can access older versions of Steam games, it’s just a bit hacky
A wizard did it.
