In WA you can print your ballot at home by requesting a replacement ballot and you can drop off your ballot at a ballot box.
The USPS can be skipped entirely. I’m telling everyone I can about this and I will not be using the postal service this election the stakes are way too high to leave this to chance.
Exactly, they can try, but you better believe we all need to fight this out at the ballot box like our lives depend upon it because if we don’t have this fight now the next fight is going to be way more terrible.
If you have to vote by mail this season take steps to ensure you can get your ballot and get it delivered.
Try to avoid the postal service altogether.
For example in WA state you can print your ballot at home and deliver it to a ballot drop box.
Other states have other mechanisms to get votes counted without having to go to a polling place.
DO NOT TRUST THE USPS.

Everyone writes emails to their reps and senators.
When reps get enough signal they use it to inform their decisions.
Reps actually typically don’t get a ton of email sent from their actual constituents so just a few emails actually provides a lot of signal for them to act on.
It really is this simple and it does work.

If the dems win house and senate this November we all need to pressure congress to not pick Jeffries as speaker and Schumer as majority leader.

I think there is a decent chance that after the mid terms dems get lots of control, they investigate and impeach, and then president vance can start to undo lots of the crazy Trump stuff to recover image with independents and be eligible to run for a full 10 years.
I don’t think Vance would actually win the 2028 election, but I’m pretty sure nobody is doing anything until after the mid terms.

Stories like these are a good reminder to people in the US saying they will just move somewhere else.
There’s really no guarantee anywhere of safety, and when you leave your home country you become the immigrant.
