All the candied jalapeños sealed but there’s still almost all of a quart in the fridge so I’m trying to eat them. They’re still very hot being fresh and my little teeth caps hate heat now.

We need to take the cars in for their every few months things, and I hate doing it. Mother wants them at a specific place, they’re her cars, so we do that.

The candied jalapenos are now canning! 10 half pint jars canning, 4 half pint (or one quart) in the fridge!

It’s raining a lot! I tried to go outside to deal with the tomatoes, but they’ll have to deal with themselves until it stops. Even the sun hat did not help. We don’t have an umbrella.

I need to make the candied jalapenos today. I hate the slicing stage, but the jalapenos are huge so there’s less jalapenos overall which…my brain likes.

The dehydrator arrived damaged, weeeeep weep. They don’t want it back though and gave twin a refund anyway, so I guess it might also be void warranty time in an attempt to make it work anyway??? (the heat turns out, but there’s no fan. Something is clearly moving inside which seems bad, so maybe it’s just a screw or something??)
