I worked in a dining court in college, and honestly I went into auto pilot during my shifts. It’s easier to do when my brain thinks I have no choice. Unfortunately that doesn’t work with cooking at home. Thanks for the tips!

Very true, the hardest part is always getting started. I also pick simple recipes most of the time spaghetti or frozen lasagna that I can just add some veggies too.
