A female this time, pretty sure it’s gravid. Probably the biggest one I’ve seen so far.

    I took this picture in the morning, but had to get to work and didn’t want to deal with catching a spider at the time.

    Found her later hiding out in a corner by the window, and it took quitea bit to get her out in the open to catch her. She was really set on just playing dead and ignoring my poking with a stick. Very different from how the male of the same species reacted 2 months ago.

    The spider was eventually released outside unharmed.
