New York obtains significant win for states’ ability to regulate broadband.

Broadband as a label requires certain minimums in speed. That internet package is going to be a good deal. Wouldn’t be surprised if the ISPs find other ways to make it annoying though.
They’ll make people jump hoops to get to it probably.
