Ghost stories is the anime. HIGHLY recommend it. The show was canceled but the English dub team was already paid, so they had almost complete free reign over what they said. A ton of it is improv. Basically imagine YouTube videos where people redub anime to make it funny, but better because it’s actually the real dub team.
This is probably the scene the anime is most well-known for.
The dub of this anime is living proof that sub is not always better than dub.
I watched the English dub a little while ago. I hadn’t heard the name “Hoobastank” this much since 2004.
