Do we really need just 3-5% to change the country for the better?

Yeah, otherwise extremist minorities like Nazis would already have changed the country for the worse.
I would think Nazis are a bigger population than 1% looking at how our prison system pumps those numbers up.
When you go in you, from what I know, youneed to join with your race or else you are ostracized and looked down on.
