President Donald Trump on Thursday demanded that a reporter stop asking about the group messaging scandal involving members of his Cabinet and other high-level officials.
While traveling on Air Force One, a reporter asked Trump if he wanted to weigh in on the inspector general investigation into Defense Secretary Pete Hegsethās use of the Signal messaging app to discuss highly sensitive military plans.
At first, Trump was unclear on the question. āWhat is it?ā Trump said.
āThereās an IG investigation into the secretary of defenseās use of the Signal app,ā she said.
Trump got irritated.
āOh, is that? Youāre bringing that up again?ā a miffed Trump fired back. āDonāt bring that up again. Your editorās probably, thatās such a wasted story.ā
This is someone who not only made Hillaryās emails a core part of his 2016 campaign, but still will not shut up about it in 2025ā¦
And
WalzWaltz is reportedly using Gmail for stuff. https://techcrunch.com/2025/04/02/trumps-national-security-adviser-reportedly-used-his-personal-gmail-account-to-do-government-work/Edit wrong name.
Mike Waltz, not Tim Walz
Thank you.
That parallels how he reacted when given a softball question about what he would say to scared US citizens in light of a growing pandemic. He avoided being Presidential and a leader and attacked the reporter for asking a nasty question. Personal attacks is all he knows, should have stayed in the wrestling business.
Heās having that reaction because he is using it. Jfc, heās chatting it up on signal.
āAbsolute fit?ā A headline should describe what actually happened, or otherwise itās just click-bait. Trump expressed frustration. Thatās it.
