Sure but I’m assuming if he meant teeth he’d say teeth and if he meant femur he’d say bones. Do you go to the dentist and say oh I’m having trouble with this one bone?

I’m going to start saying that because it’s hilarious, yes.
And yes, say I’m a genie and you wish for titanium bones, I’m gonna do the teeth too, and your baculum if you have one. Wouldn’t even be an ironic twist on it, just how I’d interpret “titanium bones.”
It might make your hearing suck though, I’d ask the genie for a trial run to make sure all those little bones work too. Imagine the tinnitus.
