I use this on my system! It’s been the only declarative flatpak mechanism I’ve gotten to work. Simple, easy to configure, and a descriptive systemd log. What more could you ask for
I’ve had GermanBread’s version set up for the better part of a year. I could’ve sworn I tried a few then. Now, though, the one you mentioned and the one in the post are the only results I see via Ecosia… Maybe I was thinking of one of my other nix escapades.
I would encourage you to give them both a try though!

Can you say which others you tried? I’m curious myself and found this one as well, but I’m wondering if there is one clearly better than the others
